Nick Klett Has been in the real estate development field in one capacity or another since 1999 and exclusively in the lending field since 2002. He has helped hundreds of people find the funds they need for their home purchases and for their small businesses.

Currently Nick holds the position of Vice President of Small Balance Lending for the Burgess Funding Group and serves as a Professional Mortgage Planner for the mortgage bank People's Home Equity. He is also member of Team Technology,

In his spare time, Nick can be found running the largest loan-finding internet group in the south east , NCLoanfinder as well as working on various up coming netcasts about the industry.
